A Mirror
A MIRROR
I breathed into a mirror
With breath soft and warm,
My finger etched an image
That began to take a form.
I breathed into a mirror
But it wasn't very plain.
It disappeared out of sight
So I had to breathe again.
I breathed into a mirror
Etching images to view,
None would ever be the same
Surprising what breath can do.
I breathed into a mirror
And quickly wrote "I love you".
but these words soon vanished
Yet still they remain so true.
