Friendship

Friendship Friendship is someone who's there for you, Even when you are feeling blue. You have some happy times together, Fun and laughter, whatever the weather. Just being there will brighten up your day, Supportive, even if things are not going your way. Even if miles away, They will check to see if your ok. Look forward to the days that you meet, Seeing each other is such a treat! When they say, "It's great to see you!!!! ", You feel the same way too! Enjoy spending time together, Will always be friends - forever. A friendship we will always treasure!

I recently watched the wonderful Charlie Mackesy's film (of the book) The Boy, The Mole, The Fox, And The Horse and your poem has the same vibe. A beautiful truth and message.

The other thing about friendship it is 24 seven commitment not just office hours. This poem a sandwich worth digesting. Goes straight to the heart of subject. An easy read. All the best for Christmas, David in NZ

Ah this makes me think of my special friends. I have 3 but 2 since childhood. Friends are valuable and make the ups and downs of life less lonely. I love this poem as it says just how good friends mean so much!

Thanks for sharing this. Yes, the importance of friendship. I learnt the value during Covid lockdown when all socialising was banned. It did a lot of damage. Many people on their own - not knowing. We can't go it alone. We are community creatures. Tony
