Eternal Breath

Eternal Breath Standing by his side at 445 am. Softly playing 'I Will Remember You' his favourite song. Gently caressing his brow. I tell him to go to Jesus, the pain will be gone, and don't worry our son's will watch over me. Three gentle breaths. Complete peace comes over his face. He's gone then to the heavenly shores. It truly is a gift to us to be there when they go. To witness grace upon their face is God letting us know. That angels have picked up our friend. And that this isn't the soulful end. Peace. :) But you expressed that so well with your faithful prose.
