Anne, I've never heard of waffle hearts with strawberry jam on them, but they sound wonderful. I've been diagnosed with diabetes though in the last year and all these lovely things have a NO on them. Oh dear!! Are the waffle hearts an American speciality? It's Yorkshire curd tart here and that's lovely. It's cheese-cake really with dried fruit mixed in with it. Delicious.

I like Jammy dodger's, two biscuits squashed together, the top one has a heart cut out, so you can see the Jam beneath. A great light bite and a great light write! What more could one wish for.
