80 years ago I was a toddler when the British bombers tried to find the airport, they didn't but dropped bombed on the town of Stavanger instead I was sent to a farm that happened to be next door to a German camp near where the Russian  prisoner lived The German soldier let me sit on their gigantic and feed scraps to the Russian prisoner  When the war ended, I was sent back to my mother I saw courageous men dragging women out of their  houses and shorn of hair They were the ones who had slept with German soldiers
