52 Sunsets
It seemed unfamiliar before I'd opened my eyes,
then flooded with scenes of polka dot skies.
There was not just one sun, I count 52,
the colours they varied from pink through to blue.
But between these suns, a magnificent sight,
were space-crafts emitting chocolate strobe lights.
The brown oozy liquid formed rivers and falls,
and ran down a mountain ten thousand feet tall.
I looked at my fingers and wiggled my toes,
to find they'd been swapped round to replace my nose.
Then what seemed like minutes, infact had been hours,
I took a few moments to teach human powers.
The alien beings clapped their hands in awe,
and hastily pushed me towards a green door.
I thought I'm a goner, but fall I did not,
in their funny language they told me to watch.
So I followed their eye line and gasped in shock
and silently watched as they each took a rock.
They pulled back their arm, and fired like a gun,
until every light from the rainbow-like suns,
was put out, extinguished, a sun now no more
Can't remeber the rest, I'd passed out on the floor.
