Hard drugs under the sunshine, Like feeling sick with a ‘get well soon’ sticker. I’m gonna get what I said, Sicker, Sucks. I wonder why I’m even still alive, I feel like the ceiling and the room’s spinning. Life’s tough enough living, I blunder blind through the nights, When I feel like healing I come up with some new bad business. My momma’s face seems beautiful, Bet my dad was lying. Life felt better when I thought he was dying, Those were colder summers too you know, But nothing better than being happy in the darkest times. In my dreams I got feet that glide, Swinging like fruit, Spinning around, Weighted side to side. I wanna hang out slightly above the ground, My dirty soul flies high, Sprout wings, Eclipse the sky, But the roof was the limit to my goals.
