Hi Anne. I love this poem! It really does make the reader think. However the real Virgin Birth happened 2,000 years ago before science and technology. It wasn't magic. It was Godly. Thanks for writing.

I do think about this also. The controversy over cloning seemed to die down recently but was raging in the mainstream a few years back. I only wish there is adequate love and care for all that come into this world. You have answered every entry placed here. That says something about what a caring person you are.

Some people will do anything to have kids. I guess if you were an infertile couple, this would be very acceptable!! An interesting one to ponder, Anne.A very happy Easter to you as well.

At 83 I would say no, but, looking around, I don't understand what's going on so I hesitate to say no for now people. The family seems to be slowly diminishing, women becoming educated and more and more independent. Good write, lise. Love, daver
