An unhealthy focus in life No comedy - a tragedy A home with alcohol and drugs Withdrawal symptoms - from heaven to hell Severe and painful neglect No stability in everyday life - seen through the eyes of a 6-aged Who must bear the heavy burden throughout his upbringing

So sad dear Anne-Lise, its happening, its happened but hopefully it will lessen. One hears of this tragedy happening within all classes of society, and the film industry in particular. I can't understand, maybe some people in life are stronger than others and cope with situation whereas others give in and can hit rock bottom if they don't see help. And who suffers , the vulnerable , children mainly, but abused women who don't talk and tell also. An excellent subject you touched on -luv Jen.

This is heartbreaking and deeply moving. You’ve captured the silent weight a child carries in such a raw and honest way. The imagery of ‘from heaven to hell’ is haunting—this piece truly lingers in the heart.

a bit of sadness washed over me as I read your words. What a tough life for a 6-year old. I taught for most of my life and was always concerned for those students who I knew were burdened like this young man. A captivating and engaging read. Have a pleasant evening, hugs, Sara

Not all kids have a good home. Can’t imagine what everyday brings, what each totes.

Sad but true in so many cases Sunshine....childhood should be a safe , happy, secure, fun and loved time but for many kids it horrendous, frightening and confusing....incredibly unfair and heart wrenching! Debx
