Is it pandering? 
Will camo hat with name do them any good?
Next will be the dead deer draped across the hood.
  ha ha

I just thought of something stupid. Deer can't read.

Hi Hilda, I am not familiar with international politics and not quite interested too as politics is a 'nasty game'. I know this is sniggering at a political leader you don't approve.

Poem is about pandering. True that politicians pander the most for votes. A person should be truthful, and characterize himself as he really is.

After you mentioned the dead deer the image is stuck in my head. Poor things draped across the hood. But I guess I should say the same for all the dead animals that I ate from the grocery store refrigerator and freezer. lol nope deer can’t read but neither do I read enough food labels. Engaging poem you wrote!

Cute poem, Hilda... Somebody will have to write a book titled 'Why John Deere can't read.' lol... True confession time: I think that the 'camo cap' actually plays well to the alienated lower-middle and middle class white populace that the Democrats suddenly realize they have to try to reach... though they'll never reach me. When I was in Dublin, the taxi driver and I talked politics. He couldn't understand why I would vote for Trump because he was convicted by our jury system. I gave him something to think about.

Mexican television used to have a comedy show called Chespirito. It was a pun on Americans. Chespirito wore a hunting cap. The Democrats are late with the stereotype.

Dear hilda, i might not know exactly the depth of what you’ve conveyed here, but sometimes so many are too naive to rely on human beings for saving. I think politics is a dirty game. I often think of animal farm by George Orwell when i look around today even in the maldives. Wishing you well and sending you light always
