I am now a head that is spinning from discerning KIDDING. This is creativity peaking but hopefully never falling. I LOVE the last line, so clever. I bet this was fun putting together, it was fun to read. Poetry hugs ... CayCay

Indeed a visual delight! It was such fun tracking the slow descend of the autumn leaf. Dear Daniel, you are a true artist.

Daniel, this is a wonderful foil for the poem that follows. This one focuses on the funny feelings of being let loose. The next one is much more reflective. All good!! Smiles!!

Your poem is visually stunning and emotionally resonant. The cascading form mirrors the leaf’s descent, drawing the reader into its gentle fall. The final question lingers with quiet depth—existential, tender, and beautifully unresolved. A poetic moment suspended in time.

Hello Danny, thank you so much! I love that you enjoyed the visual flow. I’m glad the ending resonated, too; that lingering question was exactly what I was hoping for. Appreciate your thoughtful words, my friend! Blessings, Danny, Daniel

Interesting. Maybe "Crunch" comes to mind. There is just a faint sadness in the loss of leaves.

Mr. Daniel, you are one creative genius. So unique and challenging to read. Regarding the leaf, and for your imaginative style, I would think the leaf becomes a Paul Revere like figure, and goes off swirling in the wind to signal the arrival of fall and the coming of winter to all who poetically notice. However, reality says it will likely end up in a garbage bag or mulched. Thank you for this crafted piece, my dear friend.

Hello Mickey, you always make me laugh and think at the same time! I love your Paul Revere take on the leaf, it’s perfect. And yes, reality might be less heroic, but your imagination gives it life. Thanks so much for reading and for your thoughtful, fun note, my friend! Blessings, Mickey, Daniel

Mulch or fertilizer for the tree for next year if not removed. I enjoyed reading this one today. Glad you wrote the poem in regular style at the end. I had a hard time figuring out the first few words. LOL..Sara K

Hello Tom, I do hope that September is blessing you in every way. As I was telling Kim, the words came easily, but the layout was more challenging and very fun to do. I am working on a much larger poem about Autumn, but it's not ready for prime time. Thank You! Blessings, Tom, Daniel
