Weighing All The Twists And Turns

It was a springtime tradition to go over to the grand isle and congrats the girl who was a winner but for Jerry that idea was a long shot. Deciding he would take his chances by heading over to the show starring Sydney Elizabeth since she was also a big underdog to have her name finish in lights.

“She was always a tiz,” Jerry reflected on his feelings that were going from hot to cold wondering if the adventure of going backstage would reveal anything worth claiming.

It did not take long when something his time was well spent when a youngster known as Lil feather Indian told him he was out of the money,

“I am looking for a starter allowance,” the young boy said.

“Isn’t Cash Wa distributing money as a sponsor?” Jerry inquired.

“Nah,” the child replied, “he is out of the money and drives the Picadilly roadster in the circus, now.”

“Well, I hear you can get a nice price performing in the show if you have the big-hearted factor,” Jerry suggested, “with high esteem you can make the production a winner.”

“Only problem it is not my place to runaround dancing,”

Noticing a preacher head into the next show under the big top a white light appeared pointing towards an answer, “Do you think he can conjure up the ghost squad?” Lil feather Indian asked wondering if the Great Spirit could take a second to figure out the blight financial situation. Following the advisor with wise intentions, they passed by a maiden near a scale that told people their special weights.

“Would you like to make a prediction about how many pounds you have?”

“We are looking to get dollars,” Lil Feather Indian explained, “does that make sense?”

Lil feather Indian accepted the challenge and when he got on the scale nothing registered. Flabbergasted the maiden mentioned, “you are light as a feather and either have to pump some iron or go to the pantry.”

Stepping off the device Lil feather Indian thanked the maiden who was suddenly distracted when the animal trainer headlined as “Tiger the Man” and was her favorite looked like he was out of the money.

“Didn’t you win?” She exclaimed about the result to the competition with the cat.

“No, but Ghost Squad did, and today’s burgers are free.”

Hearing this Jerry smiled at Lil feather Indian, “that is it, if we go have a free burger you will get some pounds and won’t be out of the money anymore,”

“Good idea,” Lil feather Indian laughed and the two headed over to Burger Run knowing they won.
