The Saturday Afternoon Delight

Looking for an afternoon delight Dexter knew it was his day while carrying the cup through the marketplace when suddenly a voice rang out from a shady business set up.

“Hey redhead,” a Spanish accent exclaimed. “Rufo, come here I have a winning exotic concoction for yah on this muggy day.”

It was then Dexter came to a halt and brushed back his curly hair, “I have the free right to hold my cup,” Dexter made a stand.

“Everybody loves an early double shot of my cocktail called ‘the sword of the spirit,” the luring tease continued, “it will put you in a place that...

“That to be hypothetical will put me out of the money and you,” Dexter responded, “you will be a true Astor family member giving a show performance advertising your entertaining invention.”

From out of nowhere two blue suited badges wearing individuals entered the scene, “are you being swindled by this Wildman show?” They asked Dexter.

“Well, this is my day, and this is my cup,” Dexter told the law enforcement representatives, “this pitch man wanted to know if I wanted to put a double shot of his ‘sword of the spirit’ drink in my cup which I have the free right to hold.”

“Yes,” the two officers agreed Dexter had the free right to hold his cup but if he put a double shot of the ‘sword of the spirit’ within a second, he would have an afternoon delight.

“It is time to go bb,” the one Bobbie mentioned to the other, “they are both winners and the payoff for the exotic could be a fun experience.”

When the day concluded a closing bell cleared the profit able place and Zindelight packed up his stuff and the two bobbies approached him as he pulled the wagon passed the half donkey half zebra.

“So, Zindelight,” one Bobbie said, “are you out of the money?”

“No, since its Dexter cup day, Rufo came in at the 11th hour and spent his winnings,” Zindelight reported, “so if you don’t mind I Gotta go bb since I cannot miss the Rennaissance dining siesta and the late double.”
