The Pig And The Ice Cream Cone

Once upon a time their lived a small black and pink pig named Paula. Now Paula the Pig was a pet in the Mates home in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Mates treated Paula just like they would have treated a dog if they had ever had a dog. They took Paula daily for walks and Paula she had free roam of the house day in and day out. One day Paula was taken to the park. She spotted a boy with an ice cream cone so bounded over to the boy and his ice cream cone and began licking the cone. They boy was so surprised to see a pig eating his ice cream. He began to wail loudly “Mommy there is a pig eating my ice cream”. He was only five years old. The mates not concerned over the catastrophe made their way over to their beloved pig. They offered to buy the boy a new cone but she would hear none of it. All she wanted was the pig which was awful and disgusting looking to her out of the park. So after Paula had finished her ice cream the mates took their pig out of the park and back home. Soon after that a ban was placed in all parks in Halifax, Nova Scotia saying No PIGS ALLOWED.
