The Night Shoot

Two utility vehicles found fair ground to park in the Scottish wilderness when the occupants waited to be told the next move.

“These utility vehicles were made for this mission,” one individual dressed in a military training outfit explained.

“My pal Jack knows this area big time and he suggested we use them,” his partner confirmed.

Their lights captured a figure approaching them and they could see it was a female, “Check out that maiden over there?” Gentilly pointed to the image.

“I think it’s a mature maiden, gent,” PJ added.

“You boy’s hungry?” the voice came from the nightly air

And like a living motion picture the figure stood there like it was sprung from a drive-in wooden screen.

“You, you were the slime queen who killed everybody since she was out of the money,” PJ yelped.

Suddenly a scream stopped all the action, “Cut Cut it’s not right!”

Flabbergasted Miss Illiani who vowed not to fight anyone walked away very quietly, “I am running my lines, fine” the crew heard as she headed over to the campers. “Mr. Production,” was the cry as she knocked on the plastic door.

“Knock a little louder,” a voice from inside said.

“Mr. Production!”

Suddenly the door opened “Urbana, what can I do for you?”

“Here in Scotland tonight I am Alba’s star but every time I do my performance the director yells cut.”

Behind her in the midst the crew was collecting dollar bills while giggling,

“Do you know why my parents called me Urbana?” She shouted.

With one raising his hand to say, “does it have to do with being conceived after drinking Champagne.”

Having that beat orange look that made her the perfect Miss Illinois tried to keep her composure, “that’s right I was conceived in Champagne after many bottles of Champagne, so what’s your point.”

Then unannounced the director stepped in, “Cut!”

And Urbana’s eyes came out of her sockets, “What?”

“That’s a print, what a perfect Slime Monster Queen.”
