The Cries of the Innocent

Staring into space, I try to think about the good old days but reminising just makes my brain hurt I try to remember the last thing you said to me before you walked out the door but thinking hard, staring deep just makes me want to sleep.

So I paused a while gave a sigh and once again, I began to cry you see thinking of you just brings the rain and reminds me of all the pain which left the family and I with a stain these tainted windows are now our blood stains.

Dear Dad, dont you dear, shed a tear these words I compose are for the broken the children that are unspoken, the mother that has been forgotten, the son that was abandon, the daughter that was mis-used, the family that was push aside and the wife that was abused.

Dad, I wonder if you can hear me, this letter I write is my love song to you, we are the unheard voices, the forgotten, the ones that wont chosen, our Father made us the broken don't you dear shed a tear for me your choices made our voices the unspoken.

In cellar we hid, in the dark we cried and among the crowd we were ashamed because we thought we were too blame our tale is all about the pain. You sold our soul at a price , you saw us as less than gold, we were meant to be your treasure, ''Daddy's Little Girl's'' but you trade us, poked us made us your fools, you lied to us, deceived us and betrayed us ' Daddy', you are the Judas of this dark world.

Our letters are filled with great pain we are children that are constantly playing out in the cold rain our words are deep and when we choose to speak our heart echoes through out the streets.

I heard you had moved away, I wish, I could say, I wanted you to stay but today that would be a lie as you made our life a battle field fill with grief and great strife ' Dad', I have to ask, Why did you make mom your wife.

This letter I write is not a plea it's just a reminder that we are the children you toss out at sea you may not want too agree as you believe your choice to flee was to set us free however we dis-agree this plan of yours only brought us to our knee.

Dad, Do you even remember our name, ' God alone knows, how I wish, you could to take some blame but then I remembered that you have no shame as you believe that your departure had not caused my sister and I no pain.

I have to say, to a degree you cared more about being carefree, you made us the victims of your silly love game you dismantle the family and drove us through court and therapy. People may say, we are too young to understand but this deception is not our idea of a big joke. Here is a Father’s Day card for all the Fathers Day, we have missed and will continue to miss.

Our New Dad is a Super Hero, he is awesome in every little way. He is mighty, strong, fierce and unstoppable. He is known as our Super Hero

He has charisma and charm when he walks the whole world trembles our dad is a King he is the only one whose name is uttered from Nation to Nation. Our Dad cannot be broken, he is a legend, he is talked about in tales. His stories are no exaggeration our Dad is the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost he is truly awesome.

Dad we want you to know that the Son of God has accepted us as his own in his Kingdom we have a home we are no longer abandon or on our own. Here is hoping that someday, you will remember our name and know of our worth.
