Returning To Poppy Cork

Looking for due process and as their coarse attitude started to subside the Cork household never left the glory days when despite being out of the money, they would scream to show neighbors support in the community games that brought everyone together.

Today Poppy Cork wanted to say ‘thanks to all the first line workers’ and by moving a few pounds around the gratitude plan was hatched.

“Ten ten twenty,” Poppy Cork counted the pounds that he had picked up as an accessary in his successful food distribution business.

Suddenly, there was a knock on his village door. Standing there were his three daughters, Coco, Frederica Sophia, and Amma Grace.

Amma Grace put out of the money when a love was lost, while Frederica Sophia survived on her fashion shows and Coco could within a second give what she called a thunder kiss that would strike a man down in lightning bolt style.

“My le petite Coco back a winner from the Emerald Isle,” Poppy Cork opened his arms, “so any Irish Stallions escort you or did you leave them back on the farm?”

“Oh daddy,” Coco blushed and Frederico Sophia interrupted coming into the small house,

“No Daddy we have a lot at stake right now, so we brought you some Give Thanks Steaks for the sole purpose of raising capital.”

Not to be upstaged Amma Grace retaliated by already having her hands folded at the main table expecting a peaceful event, “Did someone say we had something at stake or steak?”

“Amma just because you fell out of grace with success does not mean you should bring up minor details about rare things,”

“Frederica,” Amma paused, “Sophia Earl was not just another piece of meat.”

“Then what was he?”

“He was Earl of Tyrone,”

“That explains everything,” Coco interjected “and he promised you what you would be Queen to the Valley of the Eagles?”

“And look at you now,” Frederica Sophia added, “out of the money.”

“I loved his Cycladic art he had on display at his place,” Amma explained, “I thought Poppy could use them as gifts at the community games.”

Poppy Cork finally brought peace to the situation, “Girls, girls this is not how we bring the community together,”

And the trio took their assigned seats at the table during mealtime obligations,

“Girls, girls, I wanted to let you know, I went to a new market today and found a maiden.” Hearing this all three jumped up and formed a group hug, “her name is Azallya and she is a winner.”

“Does she know how to move pounds around?” Frederica Sophia asked.

“Does she know how to say grace,” Amma followed, and Coco reminded them, “Does she realize great puckers come in small packages.”

“Yes, girls,” Poppa Cork affirmed, “she understands all that.”

Finding their family nucleus power still intact the Cork clan positive energy not only brought their home together, but the neighbors came over for a celebration featuring chatter, singing as well as dance.
