Property Agents

For a second the Maya Prince had a place that he rented from two affluent agents who owned the property that resided where the stream met the gulf waters.

“What happened to the young royal we did business with months back,” Hal inquired sitting inside the real estate office which listed the opportunity.

“You mean the one who was in love with.”

“The maiden with the special weight,” Hal confirmed about the three-year-old transaction they handled.

Dale thought a minute before recounting, “he had a hilarious affair and ended up out of the money,”

“He seemed to have a firm grip on his turf,” Hal remembered.

“I know,” Dale replied, “but that maiden really had that special weight issue.”

“Never say know when you show, Dale,” not having any knowledge of anything Hal started to stand up seeing a new client enter the lounge area.

“I have this winning wooded area cabin featuring a high front porch looking over the stream flowing into the gulf,” Dale could hear watching his coworker leave his cubicle.

Talking fast Hal seemed to be claiming a lot about the former Maya Prince residency and Dale started to wonder if the macho real show was a sales fantasy trip. Turning his head Dale observed the tactics Hal used and then quietly opened the door to hear the conversation.

“This place was exactly what Vinny dreams described,” the young lady one week from her honeymoon honestly stated.

“That is great Mrs. Austin,” Hal smiled.

“Please, Hal, it’s Kleon,” she softly spoke, “only problem our wedding was paid for by my latest book “The Killer Bride’s Shocking Wedding Offering” and now we are out of the money.”

“How much can you afford?”

“If you look at my body,” she stood up, “I cannot afford many pounds.”

“Our former renter to this location was a Maya Prince, “Hal paused, “he was the upscale converter and made the lot a winner,”

“That is funny,” Kleon giggled, “my husband’s name was Vinnie Prince.”

Now feeling concerned watching Kleon pick up the writing instrument idling on the table “I do not get it Mrs. Austin I thought your name was...”

“Kleon Austin is my pen name,” she chuckled, “and my new real name is Mrs. VP the new proprietor to the holding Vinnie put a stake into renting.”

“So, you are the maiden with the special weight?” Hal image projected a grimace tone.

“No, I am a married wife who had a beautiful wedding night display,”

Taking another stare Hal picked up the papers mumbling, “oh I know,” as a voice over in the distance reminded, “Hal you said, ‘never say know’”.
