Forgiveness

You know it seems like one of the hardest things that Christians struggle with is forgiveness. Everyone deserves forgiveness, whether we disagree with it or not; whether we realize or acknowledge this or not.

Back when I was in the 6th grade, I had lost a loved one, killed brutally murdered shot while their back was turned. Here recently the person who killed them, has passed away. I heard before that person died that this person gave their life, and surrendered to Jesus Christ.

Though I'm still hurt by what this person did, I've come to the process of forgiving this person.

What people don't realize is that unforgiveness, is one of the worst kind of prisons to be bound by. Forgiving someone is not designed to set them free, but is rather designed to set you free.
