Charity-based Leadership

In nature, all the flows are for higher (rich) energies to lower (poor) energies. By analogy with the gradients of pressure, temperature, concentrations in nature, the management of organizations is also based on hierarchies. Learning from Mother Nature, the condition for smooth flows and efficiency in any organization is to have people with the highest ability at the top of the hierarchy and people at the bottom of the hierarchy with the lowest ability to perform the duties. Managers and supervisors will therefore act as natural leaders (Givers of charity) by offering time and advice to help the employees under their supervision to grow and succeed. With this feeling of being helpful, the reward of their hard work assisting and guiding others is certainly true happiness
