Academic Security Of Two Letters

With the May hour upon them the final furlongs were in sight to their four year academic experience known as being an undergraduate which can translate from French to English as ‘out of the money’. For the nearly half a decade or a whole Presidential administration a student had an allowance with the option of claiming to be mature.

“We invested half our retirement, Gentilly,” the voice came through the senior’s cell phone, “and we intend to watch you walk across the stage.”

“You will Mom,” Gentilly responded, “once I take this test and pass.”

Flipping the plastic lid over the door opened at the same time., “souper dormy,” Shauna Giroux came into the place in position to take on the reality with the proper elements to defend themselves in the real world, a hurricane neatly prepared by someone named Pat O’Brien.

Gentilly picked up her book that needed to be understood before submission of the multiple-choice questionnaire that will get the piece of paper acknowledging a receipt of legally noting two letters by their name.

“Souper Dormy where are you going,” Shauna inquired.

“To the library to study for my final final,”

“Well, I have finished my final French Quarter only to open another one,” she burped feeling the grey blur with interference from her souper dormy still being vigilant to the bitter academic end. “I will disallow that foul of not being ready to party and wish you to Carpe Victoriam.”

“What does that mean?”

“Seize the victory in some other language,” Shauna stayed coherent.

Probably this was the last time that she was going to march to the Saints Alive library where only the good go to die. Ready to ascend the steps to go inside Gentilly looked up to see a dark figure standing there ready to open the door to the place that was quiet as a graveyard.

“Are you ready to cross the bridge into the real world?” The voice questioned, “You are the one with the gentle noble name, the Nomo D’Oro as another language states.”

“You must be the Harbour Knight, protecting things in this war of the mind,”

“Yes, I am Snug the Harbour Knight ready to give you a secure life with two letters,” the door opened to the land of no confusion “so enter and take on the distraction demon who is only here to take you down.”

A few days later after everyone moved their tassels from one side to another on their cap Shauna caught up with Gentile holding her blank piece of paper that will find print when the credit card was approved, “souper dormy, did you kiss the wolf and get the two letters of a secure life,” Shawna paused, “MA”

“No, Shawna actually I slit the wolf’s throat and picked up my two secure letters of a secure life,” Shawna took a step back, “BS”

Walking away from the situation there was a mumbling message from Shawna that could be heard concerning her classmate who now was claiming maturity, “such a noble thought from someone named Gentile.”
