no matter how much progress one makes they will feel that they did not do much. it is only after they stop to take a break will they see how far one has come. there is still always a taller mountain though, so keep climbing higher until you are satisfied with where you're at.

Wounds and their consequences take time to heal,a reason we ought to be patient while we wait for the miracle. There's one way out of this, and that is climbing up a hill to healing; it needs extra effort,time, resilience and perseverance, we can consider it a sacrifice worth taking for the yields are beautiful.

Climbing the stairs up is a bit hard, which always mean, making your impression up in front of people is too tough but, that off going down through stairs is too easy, which means, making your impression down in front of people is too simple.
