She made some mistakes from the baseline but has an unusual game compared to the other girls who just hit hard from both sides.

It's been a great start to the year, and I hope I can keep it going. I had a tough start to the match, but I was just trying to hang in there. When I got the break back early in the second set it began to turn my way, and I increased in confidence, and got better and better.

It was one of those days when everything goes wrong. I tried to approach the net but it didn't work. I tried to play from the base line - it was no better. My attempts to play rallies didn't work.
