What to Submit?

1 original, newly written poem on the theme of .............I Almost tossed It Out

...BUT WHATEVER IT WAS......YOU DIDN'T....WHY NOT

Whatever form you choose stay true to it

I value the "gotcha" line, you know that speed bump that slows your read, makes you reflect

I am also partial to meandering metaphor, a tinkling of alleteration, decent to amazing rhyme, and

free verse line breaks that don't behave themselves.

Any form is acceptable.

Placements at the discretion of the contest sponsor.  I generally post only 10  'winners' aka. the ones that got to me....

Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
