The world needs you...

I don't know who needs to hear this, but what depression cannot destroy becomes the most powerful kind of empathy. The world will always need you. It will always need a loving heart. Suicide doesn't end the pain and suffering of your life. It seals it in stone. In life there is uncertainty, but in uncertainty lay possibility and opportunity. The greatest changes both good and bad come without warning. Life can only get better by weathering the adversity, because if the good cannot last forever then neither can the bad my friend. So we suffer, so we pain, so we are taken and harmed. What good has been done by another early grave? I have held the burden of a weary heart, felt the pain, sadness of loss, and poor health. What I can say for certain is that you can find yourself afraid of life, or you can find yourself no longer afraid of death. Such were the heroes of old told by myth and legend. You can let that hurt destroy you, or you can make it your story of origin. The world still needs you, and though we may not be able to save it, it may save you in the attempt. When death does come for us, as it does each in good time, may it find masters of both will and destiny. May it find a warrior, and may it find one who would struggle even before the insurmountable.
