DEAR TPS ...
I RECEIVED TWO SOUPMAILS FROM U YESTERDAY CONCERNING MY PROBLEMS
ON PS SITE WHICH ARE NUMEROUS ..

LAST FRIDAY MY HUSBAND SENT TWO REPLIES ..APPARENTLY U DID NOT RECEIVE EITHER
OF THEM ...AS I MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY ..

MY REPLY TO SOUPMAILS WORKS SOMETIMES ..BUT NOT AT OTHER TIMES .. SO
THAT IS PROBABLY THE REASON U NEVER RECEIVED OUR REPLY TO YPUR
QUESTIONS ...

HERE THEY ARE NOW ..
1. I HAVE HAD FIREFOX ALWAYS ON MY COMPUTER WHICH UPDATES AUTOMATICALLY TO DAILY UPGRADES. WE HAVE DOWNLOADED AGAIN JUST TO BE SURE.

2. I RUN ON WINDOWS XP .. HAVE HAD SAME PROGRAM SINCE I JOINED P.S.

3. COMCAST IS OUR INTERNET PROVIDER AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN SO.

4. I HAD NO PROBLEMS TILL PS UPGRADES STARTED.

MY PROBLEMS ARE ...
1. I CANNOT VIEW MY LIST OF POEMS ONCE I LOG ON AT MEMBERSHIP AREA. I EVEN FOLLOWED YOUR SUGGESTION TO LOGIN..THEN LOGOUT ..THEN LOGIN AGAIN .. THAT DID NOT WORK.

2. I CANNOT RETURN COMMENTS TO POETS AS WHEN I CLICK ON THEIR NAMES OR POEMS .. ONLY A BLANK SCREEN APPEARS.

3. I AM ABLE TO ONLY COMMENT TO CONGRATULATE WINNERS OF POETRY CONTESTS ..BUT LATELY THAT IS BECOMING DIFFICULT.

4. I CANNOT VIEW NEW POETS CHART OR NEW POEMS BY POETS CHART TO COMMENT ..ONLY BLANK SCREEN APPEARS IF I TRY.

5. I AM ABLE TO POST POETRY AND ENTER CONTESTS ..BUT THAT IS IT ..
6. UNLESS MY HUSBAND SITS FOR SEVERAL HOURS TRYING TO BRING UP A CERTAIN POETS WORK .. IT TAKES AWAY FROM THE FUN OF THIS SITE ..AS IT BECOMES AGGITATING.

WE WILL WILLINGLY WORK WITH U IN EVERY WAY TO CORRECT THIS MESS ...
AS MOST EVERYONE KNOWS ...
MY HUSBAND,RON, HAS TO DO ALL MY TYPING SINCE I HAVE PARTIAL PARALYSIS IN BOTH HANDS AND TWO FINGERS REMOVED FROM MY RIGHT HAND ... DO NOT WANT SYMPATHY .. JUST A LITTLE UNDERSTANDING ..

MEN ARE IMPATIENT AND I AM BECOMING SO FOR A SITE I LOVE TO BE ON..

THANKXXX TO EVERONE WHO REPLIED TO MY BLOG AND OFFERED SOME GREAT SUGGESTIONS FOR SOLUTIONS TO MY PROBLEMS ON PS ..SO APPRECIATE ALL YOUR GREAT IDEAS .. SINCE HOLIDAYS ARE FAST APPROACHING .. AND WE ALL GET SO BUSY .. IT IS OUR BUSIEST TIME OF YEAR FROM NOW TILL JANUARY ..FOR OUR FOOD BUSINESS ...SO I WON'T BE ON SOUP AS MUCH AS I'D LIKE POETS .. WILL MISS U ..WISHING U ALL HAPPY HOLIDAYS WITH LUV..

you are not alone, sweets.. i have mailed TPS about this similar problem and even reformatted my computer,but i still got blank pages and couldn't comment on blogs... it's working better now but i still get error 500.. my emails to TPS had been a continuous ride... i don't know what else to do... i hope things will be better for all of us!..:) huggs

Hi Sweetheart, XP is an oldie now, try updating to 7 or better still version 8...

Hi Linda, wish I could help you, we are all so far apart for actual help, but if prayers and wishes have anything to do with it, you have them by the bucketful. I do have a problem but mainly error 500 whatever they are... Keep strong. both of you. Seren

I have no help to offer as I am not savvy with the technical end of anything. I hope there is help for you and that it doesn't happen to me. I am so sorry that your physical problems with your hands are worse than I knew. How wonderful you have a husband so patient. Love, Joyce

NO CATIE .. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS CHANGE PROCESS AND HAVE NO IDEA WHY THE BURDEN TO FUNCTION ON THIS SITE IS ON THE MEMBER TO FIGURE OUT WAYS TO REPAIR SO MANY ISSUES .. TPS NEVER MENTIONED DOING THIS THAT U HAVE SUGGESTED .. TRULY APPRECIATE LUV .. ENJOY A HAPPY THANKSGIVING.

The problem we are having is that we cannot reproduce YOUR error. Each computer is different and has different settings which is why we asked for specifics as far as your browser settings. Can you please provide the browser VERSION as requested. This is different than just naming the browser. Thanks. https://www.rapidreview.com/support/techdocs/html/browser_version.htm
