Dear PoetrySoup friends,

I have sorely neglected Soup over the past few months and have missed keeping up with your poems. I have been busy working on a project, and it's now done: my first collection of poetry just came out from Spartan Press. Quite a few of the poems made their first appearance here on Soup. I want to thank you all for the community and support I have received on this site; it has spurned me on to write and helped me become a better poet.
