If you HAVENT submitted to the fictitious prson contest yet: DO SO! The field is wide open...and I'm looking for winners...character studies...think less limerick and more james agee...hahahaha. I just finished Death In The Family and it blew me away as far as writing goes... Remember, I'm going to Mae the winner a SHIRT, an mail it to you, with that name ON IT...not yours! Your characters name... "Oh, how did you get that shirt?" "I won it from a contest that makes youa shirt if you win it" HOW COOL IS THAT?!?!?

I've seen some very funny poems for your contest, Matt, and outrageous names for titles! You are going to have a fun time judging this and I love the T-shirt idea. Very clever and a prize anyone would be happy to receive. Agee is amazing and A Death in the Family is one of his best works. Stay cool, Matt, and enjoy working with special needs children. This challenge was one of the most enjoyable contests I've entered, Matt!! I started out thinking of all sorts of people who have crossed my life....not sure where my "person" came from...my mind just combined several images that came to mind..... was hard to choose just where to go with it! Thanks for such a great idea!

You make shirts as a hobby? And one lucky winner's gonna get one--very cool indeed! but Aack--character study?? hehe I guess I won't be holding my hopes up haha but it sure was a very fun contest to join! ;) go people & start writing your entries :)
