If I had to choose only one poet as friend,
It would be you, till my life’s very end,

I know you are not here to be in a poetic race.
Nor chase trophies to brighten your already glowing face.

Your honest in comments is without question.
That, alone, is praiseworthy and worthy of high mention.

You are not here to be queen of the day.
You are honestly you…a heavenly gift in every way.
