Roberto Delgado Biography

Born and raised most of my childhood in the Mexican border town of Matamoros, Tamaulipas. Have been writing poetry most of my life for some still-undiscovered reason.

Ah, but unlike my "Four Cafés", your title has nothing to do with what the prose is about. Anyhow, at least you and I are setting out what prose is, something not understood by some as was evident at the time of the beginning of my contest when people were sending me poetry.
