My Mind

No one knows how it feels to be me.
Depressed and full of anxiety.
No end in sight.
For this plight
I wish to be free from the pain that i feel and yes it is real.
And no matter what you say,
I still feel the same way.
Trying to put on a brave face.
But sometimes i want to leave this place.
No can see my pain,
they think i am lame and,
Looking for someone to blame.
Buck up, be positive they say.
Don't live your life this way.
If only it were that easy.
But it's not.
I would gladly leave it behind.
But it's here in my mind.
It won't go away no matter what i say.
So here i am just wanting a good day.
Praying for it all to go away.
