Happiness

Summer time and laying out under the stars
Nothing can take that memory from me
Looking at you from across the room
Smiling wide-eyed at me, glancing from 7 feet away
I never want this moment to end
We get into your car and drive for hours
With the room spinning, we crash
The minute I wake up, I am laughing
Is this real or a false pretense
I've lost everything except the one person I can lean on
That person is slowly but surely slipping from my grasp
Fancy Christmas gifts like cookies and photos
I will never forget them
I will never forget her
Crying happy tears because I know, I know
She's right where she belongs
I am angry, so angry
She did this
This is who I am now

I don't quite understand the ending of the poem, did the speaker get into a car crash? What exactly did "she" do?
