Feelings

You said you want to be with me one day,
But my feelings will soon fade away someday.
From the first time you became my friend,
My feelings made me feel as if this would never end.
You said you don’t want to hurt me,
But my feelings say one day you might deserve me.
You say you’ll stop by,
But my feelings tell me it’s just another lie!
You tell me this you tell me that,
But the feelings I once had for you will no longer come back.
You said that I was your boo,
But my feelings say that this isn’t true.
You told me you loved me one day,
But it’s my feelings that tell me you had nothing else to say.
You said you’ll always be my friend,
But my feelings tell me it’s time I let it end.
