I Never Thought

I never thought I would see the day
When the skies would clear through all the rain
The storm raining in my heart
I thought for sure I was going to fall apart
I never thought I could live without him
Never thought that until you came in
The day you came in my life
I finally felt like I had my head on right
Who knew I could be with you
and have someone so kind and true
I never thought you could take his place
but you did, and now when I close my eyes all I see is your face
Didn't know I could be with you without being disappointed or heartbroken
everyday
but now all I can do is hope that your with me and here to stay
I never thought that you would accually tell the truth instead of lie
When all he did was make me mad all the time
He broke my heart in ways I can't explain
but your patching up the scrapes on my heart and making me forget all the pain
At first I was confused, but now I know that I'm in love
Everynight I thank the lord up above
For letting me find you
and letting me know dreams really can come true
I never thought that you was exactly what I needed
and the thing I love about you the most is that your not conseeded
Since I found you I mostly smile instead of frown
and you always make me laugh whenever I'm feeling down
I want you to know that your the one I've been searching for
but now my search is over and that just makes me want you even more
I never thought I would feel this way about you
and you would feel the same way to
but one thing I know for sure is that
I love you
