If I

If I am happy
Will you laugh with me
If I am sad
Will you help me to smile
If I am crying
Will you wipe away my tears
If I am lonely
Will you stay with me
If I am sick
Will you tend to me
If I am scared
Will you hold me tight
If I grow tired
Will you lay with me
If I don't understand
Will you talk me through
And if I need you
Will you love me
