Green Eyes

Her eyes green when u look into them u see something so delicate someone with so much
purpose u can see her pain and the suffering that shes faced the scorn that she carries on
her shoulders the insecurities she faces when u see her smile u see on the surface
something so bright beneath the light u see the tears that shes cried

Thats when u realize u want to stand for her and fight
Picking her up u hold her tight carrying her in your arms not letting these past memories
tare her down

Clawing and scratching at the walls that shes built around as u crawl to the top u slip
and fall to the ground knowing how hard she makes it to get in u pick yourself up and
start all over again never backing down knowing how bad u long to make her heart and soul
feel the calm of the storm and the light in the night to be that bear that she once held
on to tight on a stormy night

Don’t give up the fight every things gonna be alight!!

And if your unsure come to me and I’ll keep u safe holding you tight throughout those
stormy lonely nights and together we will fight the fight tonight
