Life

The worries  are eternal.
The pain eminent.
Control?
We seem to have none of it.
An existential abyss.
We have as many questions
As a suspicious communist. 

Tomorrow is a nightmare, 
Yesterday a dream. 
Today is our only reality.
Everything is not always as it seems.
