Congenital Cage
In a cage I have been born,
Without glimmer of hope.
Except when I laugh with my
handlers and drink in the flow
of feminine beauty.
I struggle to be free to no avail
and my consolation are sore
feet.
A kind word and some warm
attention I savor.
My throne rolls around and
everyone loves to serve me.
Sometimes I get a concerned
glare that is demeaning, worthy
of a criminal in a cage.
However I'm innocent I swear!
I was far too young to be
sentenced!
My cage is made of my own
bones and flesh where no man
can free me. I wiggle and
writhe but never to be free.
I am paralyzed but my mind is
free!
