i know

i know You’re dead
and gone
at least from this world
i know i may be judged
Insane
for talking to You
i fear
this does not contain
the threshold of my pain
Insanity
i know i’m mad
with pain and grief
that devil’s sands sustain
i know that
time does wither leaves
and sanity regain.

in spite of madness
pain unfolds
naked philosophers
all dressed in clothes
misunderstood
not short of blame’s
entrusted flustered
undamned brood
Miss
under stood
the Tree of Life
that nurtures
teaches
and does strife
to long remain
enriched in soil.

as seedlings float
apart from blame
disillusioned dissatisfied
unknown
they gently earth again
regained
in confidence unkown
protected by a new
un-forged domain
and love that long
remains
enriched in soil of
Nourishment
as adult bark
decays
enriching soil.

I know you’re dead
and gone
from sight and toil
yet take with you
the gratitude
of seedling
borne
to nourished soil
enriched
by nature’s pain
nestling seedlings
born again
to ever nourished
soil of love
that outlives all the
withering storms.
