Hamster - a Pleiades

Hairy little rodent,
Happily nibbling seeds.
Hungry, he stuffs his cheeks,
Hoarding food for later.
Having rested all day,
He now proceeds to play.
Hear him now on his wheel.

I enjoyed your hamster pleiades, Kim! I think hamsters look hilarious when they stuff their cheeks full of food!! :)

Hamsters are so cute and you capture their behavior delightfully here, Kim. Don't you wish all humans had to do was enjoy eating, playing and resting. The "wheels" of envy are turning. Lovely!

This was fun Kim. We used to have a hamster a long time ago. I had forgotten about that little guy, thanks for the memory spark.
