Don'T Let Them Get To You
Why judge what you don't know?
What's the point,
You just hear something and it's all like oh,
But never bother to get to know that person,
If stupid crap goes around.
That person can be no where near,
Any of the rumors,
Or anything you hear,
That person can be nothing compared,
To all that crap going around.
Rumors are suppose to hurt someone,
Bring their self-esteem down,
In the end no one has won,
But you feel like a bigger person,
To put that person down in the dumps,
And make them feel crappy.
I've noticed,
That it doesn't matter,
About what people think or say,
I don't give a fuk anymore,
Friendly and happy I will always stay.
Everything's done,
Just to prove a point,
But there will always be one,
To start all the drama,
But it's all stupid really,
So if you don't give a fuk
And never let them know they've won,
Always be the bigger person,
Because rumors will never be done.
People try everything to hurt you,
But if you laugh at it and let them know it didn't work,
If you don't show that they do,
Know how to put you down,
They will eventually soon give up,
And stop the stupidity,
By putting everything in the past,
Just don't let them ever know they've won,
'Cuz hatred and rumors can forever last!
