Highway

The hum and rattle,
My brains in-cased
In a marmalade jar,

My eyes transfixed
On a never ending line

My body forgotten
As a zombie has no
Recollection.

==

Amber finished
The bottled mountain
Water

The last rest stop
Seemed a distant star

And without warning
Diamonds spilled
From the darkness.
