Confused Heart
Having been with you for two years I feel like I know you
But I need to be honest with you and me.
I don't know if I truly love you or not.
There is this other person that I do have feelings for.
But don’t get me wrong I do care about you.
But I don't know if I do love you.
I say it to you but I don't really feel it.
I’m sorry for making you love me the way you do.
I feel guilty and confused about everything.
I feel like I need a break between you and me.
I need to spend time with the other person to see if I do really love you.
Maybe these feelings that I have for you is that I care for you and not love.
My heart is so confused right now.
We should just take a break.
Maybe for only a while or forever.
Right now I can’t really tell my heart anything.
Just forget about me and everything.
You don’t deserver everything I’m putting you through.

I know who I want to be with and it is not you.
