Scent of Blood

Another scar appeared like a tear again in thruster upwards off the pillows edge into the glance that tormented mirror dried blood appears across my own reflected face and recognize the absence of cold tile underneath my feet long whispers like a chant of aromatic smoke signals spout from between my thirsty teeth and the dripping noise from the wine in drank run down my sacred thighs and splatter onto the place that I should feel my ticklish souls levitate and find escape the sticky dew left on my mind from relentless nightmares I cannot shake. Always stalking the boundaries of every safe place and. Further burns around my Forrest line as if Declaring War inside a secret Circle once held in High regard for the undisclosed private prayers and memories untold Now My larynx shouts straight back with a Warriors pride and my proud wings two Unfold....For you have chased me long enough And I shall not be sold, not as a babe nor as a child, not ever will you take this gracious spirit and with flight info this night and shrug you from my limbs watch the sky brushed red from the talons of my vibrant core from that of who I truly am and always was before. Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
