Woman,The Miracle

Oh wondrous woman, fair and fine
Like a beaded gourd, you shine
Full of milk and bounty too
Your lackage carries the future through
With child at back, and ember bright
You carry the fire of future's light
Nine months you toiled, a miracle wrought
With wood preserver, three stones brought
Symbolic of clan, mother divine
Of the three stones, you are the shrine
The basic family unit, you uphold
Father, mother, and children bold
All your items, sacred and blessed
From Sigilgiliot's walking stick, possessed
You bear the name of hut, K'ot true
Koroko, Chepkoi, we honor you
