Go Outside
Take yourself outside and sit in a quiet place, and relax.
Close your eyes and look upwards, feel the heat of the sun upon your face.
Imagine the sand falling through your toes as you walk on the beach.
The sound of gulls and gentle waves flowing meets your ears.
Focus on your breathing as you take in all these feelings your experiencing.
Let each feeling become its real emotion, embrace each one, accepting fully.
Now open your eyes and look around you, what do you see?
Is it a tree swaying in the breeze or perhaps a bird flying high in the sky.
What do you hear? Maybe it's the sound of nothing but listen ever closer.
And with this new sense of calmness you are feeling right now, be the light.
