"Goodmorning" he says with an enthusiastic smile
but it's just a charade and it's lasted a while.
He really doesn't care whether their morning is good
and he'd make them all feel just as bad if he could.
Faking his interest as they incessantly drone
surrounded by people but he feels so alone.
They can't pay their morgage they cant fix their car
yet all that he's hearing is bla bla bla bla.
He thinks back to a time when his life was still fun
as he plays back the memories of adventures begun.
They continue to drone but don't notice he's gone
because he lives in his mind, population 1.
