She Is Just a Friend

SHE IS JUST A FRIEND

On the oak tree
I met them
Day in saying
She is a friend

I found my girl
I found her painting
And more paintings of pictures
Alas my boo an art
I remember I was happy at that

whose that
I muttered,
The paint was blue black
But so darkened with intimation
She, the girls from the oak tree
Her friend

I'm happy
I'm glad
My girl got a friend
But after I read them letters
Selah, my girl got a girlfriend
But she is just a friend
