Us Three

The sudden presence takes over me that another being is there.
Only you and I are in this room and there's a strange feeling that I am aware.
I am not alone.
You hold me with your warm body caressing as a cool breeze over hot desert sands.
That's the only way I can explain the love I have for the gentle touch of your hands.
I am not alone.
Our love making is like a birds nest taking shape and full form with every tiny piece
of straw. Never like the colorful leaves who depart from the trees in fall.
I'm definitely not alone.
Your lips kiss like the salty sea water takes beach sand for it's own to claim.
Pressed against mine you take me over and it's almost exactly the same.
Still not alone.
Your arms wrap around my body assuring we'll never ever truly be apart.
When you do this nothing I do can control the rapid beat of my heart.
We're not alone.
Can't you feel it? Another's presence, another's life, another love?
Maybe it's just me, maybe someone's watching from above.
No, I've got it now honey, now I can finally see.
Sweetie, a baby made from you and I is growing daily inside of me.
Now my body has two hearts beating inside with one in my belly!
The lord meant for us to be blessed with this.
No longer alone.
Not us two anymore, it's us three!!!
