Absent
The night hides so many secrets of us whom cannot sleep
it's the friend of us the ones who struggle to dream
helping us hide the tears streaming down our face
from all those who we don't want to worry
I love my warm blanket and warm hugs it gives
thanks to my bear who is always there when the lights are off and they kiss me goodnight
for being there when the door is shut and I'm left alone in four walls trapping me inside my head.
